Grant Request Form

Please fill out this form to request a grant from Emmanuel Lutheran Church Norwood, MA

Guidelines:

  • Requests may be made by
  1.  members of Emmanuel Lutheran Church
  2. from others of the Emmanuel community together with an Emmanuel member sponsor.
  • Request for a grant will be accepted for review upon submission of the application form below and all requested information to the Mission Endowment Committee, in advance of the date of need.
  • Grant recipients shall report regarding use and benefits of the funds, for review by the Mission Fund Team and Congregational Council.
